Free Addons Not Working

I’m testing out Download Manager and downloaded the free addon “Gutenberg Blocks, Extra Templates, and Extra Buttons. When I attempt to use a Gutenberg block, I receive an error message in the editing screen of :

This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I also do not see any extra templates, and no extra buttons. Everything appears to have loaded correctly via the install new plugins function.

I appreciate any assistance.

Oh, I should add; I’m using the Astra theme, WordPress version 6.2, and latest Download Manager version.

Thanks for contacting us.

There could be some conflict issues in your site. In this case, I would suggest running a conflict test. You need to run a basic WordPress conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM. Then check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem. If it doesn’t solve, you can check conflict with theme too.

If the issue still persists, please share the admin access in a private reply to check further.

Hello!
We got the Same Problem on WP 6.2, Newest DLM, Overlay-Theme.
I don’t know, if it exists since the WP Update to 6.2 or the DLM Update afterwards.
Any Solutions meanwhile?

Here the same problem on several pages, both with either the Pro and the Free version.

The error appears after the WP update to 6.2.

Shortcodes are working though.

I will use the code editor until then. I only need the Package Widget, so that’s not a big Problem.
But it would be nice if there was a solution…

We have fixed it in our latest version.
If anyone facing the issue please update wpdm gutenberg to the latest version 2.2.1

Actualmente cuento con el mismo problema.. estoy en la version 6.2 wordpress tema Astra (astra)
Versión 4.1.3 y Versiòn Php 7.4.33.

Cuando quiero agregar los bloques de categorías con gutenberg me sale “Este bloque ha encontrado un error y no puede previsualizarse.”
pero actualmente ya tenia agregados unos y siguen funcionando.
