Hello,
I’m using Download Manager Free with the WPDM – Premium Packages installed. Everything works fine, I just have one issue: I would like to format the “thanks for the purchase” e-mail and add additional information.
Is that possible with the free version? If so, how? Or could you advise me which version to use so that I can do that?

Hi,
You need Pro version of Download Manager to edit email templates. There is a template editor in Pro version which allows the customization of all kinds of email templates.
