Form Lock shortcode link buttons don’t work – loader just hangs

Hi there I have recently added the Form lock plugin to Download manager using contact form 7 and the Avada theme but when I insert a shortcode button nothing happens on click the page just hangs on WPDM loader. Is it possible to open the download form from these shortcode buttons? e.g. [wpdm_package id='2862' template='link-template-button']

Yes, the shortcode will also work as well. please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

It is working fine now, had to enable bootstrap js.

HI
Enabling the bootstrap js breaks all my modal popup links! My theme already uses bootstrap js so I don’t think that’s the fix for this. Avada is a pretty popular theme there must be a way to get them to work together? any other ideas

Okay, no worry, I’ve adjusted it by editing the tpl file. Created a download-manager folder inside your Avada theme and moved the edited wpdm template file there, so that the next update doesn’t erase it.
