My customer had free version of WP Download Manager on its site and I’ve installed Form Lock add-on (purchased for another site of him, where where the Pro WPDM was also installed), but this was causing a critical error on site when tryin gto preview download pack or open page to edit it.
Disabling the lock from doenload package options, everything was properly working, with no form to fill in of course.
I’ve then installed the Pro WPDM on new site and display error was fixed, but… the form to be filled in before than downloading file is not displayed!
I’ve checked the link template list and there’s no ‘link-form-lock’ template avaialble, which instead was on the old site, so even if i enable lock via form (WP Form in the specific) in download package, form is not displayed because of above missing and file can be immediately downloaded!
I would need to understand how I can have template available again so that form is submitted to then actually download file.
The licence for both WPDM Pro and Form Lock expired a while ago.
