Finding The Download Url

I haven’t used download manager in the sense of adding anything recently. I need to get a link for one of the pdfs I’ve added to provide clients. Where did the copy/paste go for getting the direct download url go? There is an icon that one would think is what I’m looking for but it just reopens the page.

That’s the problem. I can no longer find that link. That’s what I’m asking you to help me find. I used to see it on the page for each download. I would hover, right click and I would have the link. That no longer works.
