Fillable PDF become non-fillable after WPDM PDF Stamper is used

We have WPDM-PDF Stamper installed on the website for watermark and stamping purposes. Recently, the pdfs that are supposed to be fillable become non-fillable after they are downloaded from the website.

Why is this happening? How to resolve this issue?
