After updating to any of the 2.7.x versions when downloading a PDF file i get the same result: There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.
I migrate all files to new version from Admin Menu Downloads Settings Migrate Tab
I saw in another thread that it was a WP Super Cache related issue and to activate: Don’t cache pages with GET parameters. (?x=y at the end of a url)
I did and it’s not working, I even desable WP Super Cache plugin and get the same result
Same thing here – http://www.eagletec.com/downloads/
No reply or fix either.
Any feedback on files not downloading properly (aka corrupted files)? How about PDF’s with multiple pages only downloading the first page??
Here we go again the test page is http://www.salespartnersmexico.com/downloadtest/

It may happen for various reason like, if your server doesn’t support output buffering or anyother plugin generating any unexpected char output. Yes, please give me a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I’ll check it in details. Thanks.
@vecocamacho, your server was not supporting partial download, anyhow I’ve adjust it adding readfile($filepath); die(); after line# 160 in /download-manager/functions.php
You are the best!!! I already tested and it’s working perfectly! thks Love your plugin!!!
@vecocamacho, if you are happy, please add a 5* review here https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/download-manager?rate=5#postform , that will inspire us a lot. Thanks.
