Hi, first sorry because I can’t speak English well.
Until this time, I always have to add manually file_extension_ppt.png inside wp-content/plugins/download-manager/icon, especially after update the plugin. http://oi39.tinypic.com/2zfrf4l.jpg. Maybe you should add it permanently.
