File size not showing issue (Displays 0.00kb in all files)

Hello Team,

We are using a WP download manager Pro in one of our portals and all the files are uploaded directly to S3 storage from one of the WP plugins we have given the option to upload the files from the backend. Whatever files we have uploaded not showing the file size as shown in the image.

for remote files (like amazon s3, remote ftp) file size are not detectable , as php can calculate file size for local files only

Are you using Download Manager Pro? Front-End upload is only supported in Download Manager Pro. If you are using Download Manager Pro, then please post it in the pro forum:
