Hello, I’m having some issues. I have downloaded the 3.3.29 version and the general settings of the plugin are completely empty General settings not working and when I try to modify the uploaded file settings, nothing happens file settings not working I would like to set privacy options for some files so that only specific user groups can access them. However, this is no longer possible because, in the “Edit File” screen, all the settings have disappeared — there are no options available anymore.

Could you please check if this is a bug or if there’s a new way to configure file permissions in version 3.3.29?

Hello sara Cicchinelli,

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

It is working properly from our testing site. The issue also not claiming by other users. Can i check the issue for enabling/disabling plugin or switching theme? Please kindly check and let me know.
