Hello, we are using WordPress Download Manager, along with the WPDM – Extended Short-codes plugin.
We have used it for a few years, without any apparent issues. Recently the files appear to be out of order.
I have double checked with the REORDER function and everything is in the correct order, when on the front end, users are seeing a list of files (within categories) that are completely out of order.
I also checked the post type on a category by category basis and the files appear to be in order there as well.
I’ve tried various shortcodes to get it to work as intended with no luck, this is what i’m using now:
[wpdm_tree order_by=date order=desc download_link=1]
Please let me know what we can do, I have login credentials for WPDM from a previous issue, so if you need those, i’ll provide them to you.
