File not found - WordPress Download Manager

Anyone else having problems with download manger – They all say file not found when clicked?

We abandoned it wordpress download manager- found the customer service unhelpful and paid for a different product that is working really well

sorry for delayed reply, Actually what I saw, there is not files in /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir.

I meant, there is no files in /uploads/download-manager-files/, did you move the server recently? and download is working fine when file exists http://axium-europe.com/download/sample/

I am getting this problem on latest version 4.7.3 on both a live and a staging site.

The problem seems to occur after a period of time and requires files to be deleted from the package and relinked. Then they are Ok for a while – but the issue returns after some time.

Please help customers getting very fed up with this.
