I tried to search for a solution to the “File not Found” issue, but could not find any helpful post. Is there any setting I should do to my wordpress installation or chmod folders?
Hello I have the same issue, if I upload a small file (2mb) there are no problem but if I upload bigger file throw wp or via ftp it stars to show the “file not found” . I also look other post but any solution so far. I need to send files around 500mb, is there a filesize limit for downloading, or any restriction, is this possible in the pro version.

Hi Shaon! I have a problem again with that “FIle not Found” error. Although it worked after you fixed it, it gives that error again. I sent an email to support@wpdownloadmanager.com on 25 April but no reply yet. Could you please help again?
I have that problem for weeks now.. I posted on the forum and sent all the required info to the support on 04/17 but no reply yet.. Does anybody know what’s going on or how to fix that problem???
I already emailed all the necessary info..Yesterday, again, I sent another email, you should have that at support@wpdownloadmanager.com. I checked with the server as well, they said problem is not there..And there was no problem at all until last month.
