Hello, thank you for your extension, but I have a problem:
I was working with a multisite system that wasn’t adapted to my needs, I migrated my multisite to a normal system. But from now on, when you start a download, it downloads a “file-not-found.txt” file.
And when you add new files, there is the same problem.
I updated the root folder of the server file browser, but nothing changes. I disabled and re-enabled the extension, nothing changes. On my server in the “dlm_uploads” folder, there are no files.
It seems that the application can’t upload my files to my server. How can I please do this?
Thank you very much for your help.
Edit: I have downgrade the wordpress version from 5.4 to 5.3.2 but nothing changes

Hi,

Please follow these steps for upgrading the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

Please let me know if it helps you.

Thanks.
