We have a problem on our website when we try to download a pdf document. Sometimes this note appears while downloadnig: processing Unfortunately we can’t download anything.

May be its conflicting with other plugins or current theme. Please try deactivating other plugins or change current activated theme. If it still doesn’t works then provide us login credentials to check the issue by using private reply.

Sorry for the inconvenience. But I had tested in 4 browsers (i.e. Firefox, Google chrome, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer) and its working without any issue. Unless i get the issue I m not able to help you. Can you be specific, like, in which browser you are facing problem and which url this problem is occurring.
