There is an problem by using download button. Files like videos or PDF documents can’t be downloaded directly by using download button. By clicking download button a new page will be opend including a videoplayer (in case its a video) who plays video. Second download button under this video does not works too. Videos can’t be downloaded by using this buttons.
After some testing, I found out that when video uploaded over WP-Media-Gallery download BTN does not work. If video is uploaded by suing your plugin, download button works fine.
What I do wrong? Need pro Version?
Of course, setting option open in browser is turned off.

Hope you are well. Choosing from the Select From Media Library option. By default, it will do so. You can also choose the other option too. When you attach files from the media library as a URL WPDM simply redirects to that URL when a user clicks on the download button, but when you upload a file directly or attach a file from the server as a server path, WPDM handles the download process and so there it can decide whether the file will open in browser or force download. So, if your file is already in the media library, and you want them to download instead of open in the browser, please attach those files using the server file browser instead of the media library file selector. please let me know

This option should be in the free version too. If you are missing the option, there may need to adjust the Access Settings for the File Browser. if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue?
