When I click on the description of a download file as “all visitors” always a nested login form appears (see picture).
When I am logged in to the homepage everything works correctly.

Could you please check if you turn the option on that requires user to login before download.
Else please send login in private reply to check the issue.

I think users didn’t use to login before they can download something.
