Feature Request: Update Bulk Import to work with Recaptcha

Currently the Recaptcha lock is not compatible with the core Bulk Import feature.
Downloads only locked via email are thus subject to significant levels of spam registrations.

The required Recaptcha fields for inclusion in the Import CSV file are not available through Support or the web site.

The Recaptcha fields could be provided to users in the same way ACF Fields for Import are provided to add-on purchasers.
