When adding an upload we can enter text into the main body, into the excerpt, as well as into the values of custom fields. We can also assign categories (and sub-categories).
However, when using the WordPress search, results are only found in matches of text in the main body and the excerpt.
This feature request is to have the search results include matches found in the values of custom fields and categories.

I also need that search results include matches found in the values of custom fields.
Is there any solution ?
