Feature Request: Compatible Bulk Import and Export CSV’s

Bulk Import CSV’s have to be built from scratch based on the “sample.csv” file provided. The Export CSV cannot be used as the base for the Import CSV. Many other plugins with bulk import-export features allow a CSV to be exported, modified as necessary then imported to effect mass changes to a site. Suggest this feature be added to bring WP Download Manager up to date.
