Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 3.2.12 of the WPDM PRO plugin.
I hope it will work fine then.
However, have you tried after deleting and reinstalling the plugin again?
If it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.
