Faster interface for "Browse" option

Hi,
The current “browse” option is very useful to add files from server, however, it is very slow.
keeps giving loading circle (although I am on a dedicated server, blazing fast).

Also, the window is very small and can’t be resized.

Maybe modifying this to show in a bigger window, like the “upload” window, and trying to make it faster will be a really good option.
