Hi Shaon,
I appreciate your work and the excellence in your product. This could be my fault. I believe since i last updated my site(to WordPress4) every file in the download manager are not accessible anymore. This is a free maths website and there are thousands of students whatcing maths e courses and downloading documents but they cannot access the files any more. could you please help me fix the problem since i really do not know what the problem is.

Have your downloadable files *actually* disappeared? Can they be seen with some kind of file explorer, nautilus on linux? Have you tried recreating a new link to them with the new upgraded wpdownloadmanager plugin? Have you tried converting the links to them with the new plugin upgradeable system?
