Hi,
i have my localhost test site with elementor, with the download manager plugin free version, and when i add login form it shows this kind of bug below the form (no matter if i use the Elementor widget or the shortcode pasted into a page)
same kind of bug in the edit profile form
only on the register dorm not shows any bug and goes ok
any ideas or fix?

also bug is showed on page when use the shortcode for dashboard, if is not logged in

There could be coflict among plugins or theme.
In this case I would suggest to try enabling/disabling plugins except wpdm. You can also change theme to check if theme is conflicting.
It will help you to find the exact cause of the issue.
After that, If the problem still persists, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

did the trick, the problem was the Bulk Image Alt Attribute plugin that was interfering on pages with the shortcode

I tried to replicate the issue but I found no related issue in our demo and my dev site.
Did you try to edit any core file of wpdm? Let me know. Please also share temporary admin access in a private reply to check the issue further.
