Error While Using Google Drive Link in Lock Mode

I Was trying to Use Download Manager for New Project Where my Main Use Will Be Lock Mode

User Must Accept The Terms and Conditions to Download the File . File Hosted in Google Drive Available Via Link Sharing

When I Place The Download In Lock Mode . The Users are Getting Blank Screen With Message “drive.google.com refused to connect.”

When I Removed the Lock Mode its Working Normal

My Issue is Google Drive Links Are Not Working ! When I Place a Other Url Its Work Even In Lock Mode
Any One Facing These Type Of Issue
