Error when using package bulk import - WordPress Download Manager

Hi, I am using download manager 4.1.9 and package bulk import does not work (does nothing).
I discovered this is because it’s using sql_real_escape_string() which is marked as obsolete since 5.5 [http://php.net/manual/fr/function.mysql-real-escape-string.php]
and returns an empty string with my php 5.5.12.

Is this something that was fixed in later version of WPDM ?

Please post your issue in pro forum http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ for faster reply. the function should not cause any such issue, please give me the csv file in a private reply to check the data.
