Getting this message when I try to download a product : Sorry! Support and Update Access Period is Already Expired

Is there a setting I am missing. Current plugin is installed, and this is the first time using download manager.

Can you please confirm that you are using the WPDM free or PRO version?
If you are using the free version then, please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

Hello,
Sometimes your websites loads but sometimes it does not.
However, please make sure that you have configured the Paypal configuration fields properly. Have a look at this.
If still, the problem exists then please set up a test payment mode so that we can check it properly.
