Error Download URL - WordPress Download Manager

Hi there,

Upon entering in the correct password to download a file, we get redirected to a blank page that says this:

“{“error”:””,”downloadurl”:”http:\/\/www.articulaterc.com\/?wpdmdl=1744&_wpdmkey=54e77eb7b9009″}”

Is this a JS error? How do we fix it?

need admin access, however please try deactivating other plugins or changing current theme, the issue is happening probably because of some javascript issue with your theme or other plugin.

Thank you, but we are not interested in changing the entire design of our website for a plugin. We will find something else to use.
