Error 403/404 downloading files uploaded from Google Drive

Hello,
I have successfully linked our GoogleDrive account with the WPDM plugin and can download using the original user account that I uploaded the files from however when I download using any other account, including another admin account, I get a 403 error for pdf files and a 404 error for other file types. I have created a test file in our drive that allows anyone with a link to view and edit the file. I can successfully download the file using the share link but I still get a 404 error when I try to download it using the wpdm plugin. Let me know if there are some settings that need to be adjusted.
