Hi there

Am running DM pro for a client and have been asked if we’re able to set the system to email them with the details of a download requests and wondering if this is possible please?

Hello Jamie,

Thanks for contacting us.

Currently with wpdm pro, only email and name is possible to send. You can use wpdm custom fields to add other fields there.
However, if you need to add large contents in form, you need to use wpdm form lock addon.

Would you be able to tell me how to do this with just email and name please ( we are using the standard ‘Email Lock’ facility)
