Edit item quantity when manually creating order in admin

Hi there, it seems that it’s not possible to edit the quantity when manually creating an order using Create New

For example, in Order admin – add item has no ‘quantity’ option. This is unfortunate, because if store manager wants to create an order for 3x of item, it’s not possible.
