Dropdown menus stop when DM activated - WordPress Download Manager

Dear Support
I had to de-activate this plugin to get my users to see items in the drop down menus.
I love this plugin and I could not see why it is not working on my site.
Note: I mean menus with # that contains items under it for example ( products) I would put the link as (#) .

Any Ideas?

Maybe another plugin or theme loading another instance of Bootstrap JS. Please try deactivating the WPDM Bootstrap JS from Downloads Settings Basic Misc Settings
