Downloads Stuck on Processing

After entering the password on my downloads the box is stuck on processing.

Example: https://acuitypro.com/download/version-9-update/
Password: myEYEdocis#1

How do I resolve this issue?

I am able to download it. Clear your browser cache and also clear your WP cache (if you use any cache plugin).
