Downloads do not show up anymore - WordPress Download Manager

I just launched this new site with large downloads section: http://www.eastmancuts.com/downloads-base-embed/

Now when a registered user click on the download link, a page opens up with details but no download link. I need help ASAP as this was working in our sandbox site.

Please give us a temporary wp-admin access via a private reply. We need to check it in your installation.
