Downloads do not appear on the site

I have a problem : after the last atulização can not view the files on the site , had created menu categories and now does not appear, although they are and through direct link gives to view … how do I fix this?

How are you supposed to get the site to show the download button?
I had to use the shortcode to send to client to get the page to come up, is there another way?

try updating permalink, that should work fine, however if you want me to check it in your installation, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.
