I am having trouble with the Downloads by Category widget and this is the only widget I am having trouble with. I am getting a memory exhaustion error with any Template I select (see attached screenshot). Please advise how I can resolve this issue.
I understand that with the Free product, there is limited support, but this is a serious problem. I have used WPDM and WPDM-Pro on many cleint site and this is the first time I have had such a problem. I have moved development sub-domain to a different host (Siteground), and confirmed that it is not a host problem. Actually, when I change the category from Forms (2 documents) to Rosters (over 30 documents) on this site the widget works fine. Strange problem that may in fact be a bug.
Please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check the issue, as it is working fine in my setup.

I tested here http://ccwp.polishedwp.com/volunteer/ , Downloads by Category widget is working fine.
It is working because I had to remove “How to Sponsor” from the Forms category. I added back in for this test and if you visit http://ccwp.polishedwp.com/volunteer/ again you will see there is a problem.
Please provide your FTP credentials using private reply to solve the issue. This issue is due to size of the file.
(please remove WPDM plugin from FTP access and upload a new plugin)

I can see memory alocation is fine. I tried uploading the file again
