Hi. My website is dunbarton.com I am having issues where my customer’s are not able to download files. They are getting a variety of errors. I have no issues downloading but I believe its because I’m working on a better OS. This is one of my pages that has downloads: https://dunbarton.com/sample-page/rediframe

Which type of errors they are getting, i am using windows 10, working here fine. Can you give screenshot or details about what type of errors they are getting.

How do I send you screenshots. But errors are: Failed: Network Error, Timed Out, or if it does download some are saying it says there was an error opening this document. The file is damaged….
Is there any options you help me with? My boss is getting frustrated with me! Help.
I am getting the same issue.
I have a a file size 56mb. Sometime clients download it and the download just stops before its completed. No errors, client try to open the file and its “damaged”.
My website is hosted by GoDaddy.
When downloading, it doesn’t say the total file size so clients aren’t aware the file is not completely downloaded.
I am guessing the download timeout is from GoDaddy but shouldn’t Download Manager manage this better?
