Hello,
I have a couple of packages that are available for payment/download on an external site. I’d like to use WPDM to create pages for these packages so they show up alongside other the other packages on my site, but when a customer chooses to buy one of these packages, they’re directed to the external URL.
I’ve checked the documentation but cannot find how to customize the page or panel template to do this. Is it possible?
Thanks,
-Erin
Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Thanks.
Hi Nayeem,
I’m sorry, but I’m not providing administrative login details to my site. There’s no issue to check here – I’m simply asking if my request is possible and if so, can you please point to documentation that walks me through it?
Thanks,
-Erin
Hi Nayeem,
Thanks for the fast response, but this isn’t quite what I’m looking for. Here’s the use case:
Product A is sold on another vendor site. That site has its own login, payment gateway, and checkout process. Product A cannot be downloaded or purchased from my site.
However, I’d like to create a page on my site for Product A using WPDM. This way, Product A is included in my site’s product catalog, with the same look and feel as other products on my site. But when a visitor goes to my Product A page, the “Buy Now” button links to the Product A page on the 3rd-party site, and *that’s* where they make their purchase and download.
Is this possible?
Thanks,
-Erin
