Download process & styles not working with Child Theme

DM Free works fine with a basic WP (3.5) install using the Minimatica theme. However, once I create and activate a child theme off that Parent Theme I lose the styling on the Download popup window (it actually is no longer a popup window just a regular page) and the actual download process does not complete after entering a valid password and clicking the Download button.

As i see, file listing working fine, but for category list, somehow in your theme thick box js files not loading. but there is nothing to change in plugin, please check your theme if all hooks and functions implemented properly.

Thank you, Shaon.
The footer.php was not being loaded on that particular page and so not functioning properly.
Not sure why I didn’t see it right off, but thanks for “making” me go back and look closer at the mods I had done.
Needless to say thanks for the great plugin.
