Hi,
I just checked changing the theme. And pop up is working(Image attached). This issue is due to your theme, its not related to plugin.

Hello Team,
Thanks for the reply. I know this theme problem, but I have seen on your forum that you have solved many such issues in past. Please let me know if this issue can be solved on GEM theme. I have tried many plugins, but found your Plugin best among them. So I request you to solve this.
