Trying to renew our subscriptions, credit card details entered and accepted, green tick on submission but order remains in “processing”. Payment can be seen on the credit card but for 0.
When checking in on active orders in user download area, the status is shown as “Order Incomplete”
Tried Google Chrome, IE 11 on different computers to no avail.
