Download Manager suddenly causing errors on my site

Hi there

I have all of a sudden started getting errors on my site that appear to be caused by the download manager plugin (screenshot attached).

I have removed the plugin, and now my site works fine. However, I would like to know what the problem was and if I can fix it (I was using v2.7.86) as I would like to continue using your plugin.
