Hi,
I am looking for a good WordPress download manager. I have narrowed it down to this sites Download Manager Pro and Multiverso ( http://wordpress.webself.it/multiverso/ )
Does anyone have any experience with both? Any reasons I should go for Download Manager Pro?
What I need is to let some users be able to download files, only accessing the Download Manager plugin in wp-admin (nothing else!) and to assign categories, give specific access to categories and files for downloads, some public, some restricted.
You can check download manager features here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ , I didn’t use multiverso, so can’t tell anything about that. It is up to you.
Please answer my question about having a user with only access to download manager in wp-admin. I could not find this in the feature list. So maybe I am missing something. Do I have to rely on another plugin to accomplish this? Of course I have checked the feature page. Why do you think I asked here??
