Download Manager Pro Renewed on Credit Card, but is not reflected in download pa

I can share more details/invoice # privately if needed. Our credit card was charged for $45 on 7/25. We receieved an invoice and receipt by email. The download area does not reflect this purchase.

I already did this step:

After purchase, if you see any delay ( very rare case ) in receiving confirmation email Please signup or login ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases ). Then go to orders page ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases ) and enter Order ID in textbox and click Resolve, then you will have immediate access to your download.
