Hi,

My client has download manager pro and I can provide the license number but I rather use this account to get support because I cannot access his account if you reply to my messages.

I have three questions right now:

1. How can I make the logo in the registration form work
2. What “Access” in the “Categories” means
3. How can I mage an archive page to show all of our products in one page?

Hello,
Hope you are well.
1. Please follow this there is the video that shows the way to add logo.
2. Category access works like the below example:

Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Subscribers = All Visitors

and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

or Package Access = Package Access(subscriber) + Category Access(Subscribers) = Subscribers

3. You can check our shortcodes to make an archive page with downloads.

I was looking at your addons and I have a question.

First, my client’s Order ID# WPDM62CA1AA2547FD, I just don’t have access to his account to open tickets there.

If I purchase special package under my account for single installation right now, would that addon be included? As I said before I need to replicated Envato’s websites BUT for videos only… Client wants to have option for limited number of downloads under a membership and regular single download. Would I be able to have the addon to limit number of downloads per month? Also, do you have more extensive instructions. the docs I found are very basic, they are meant for someone that already know your plugin and I don’t know it that well, I only know the basic download manager.

Also, if I get single installation special package today, can I upgrade later at anytime?

Hello @Jeeniejolie,

Hope you are well.
The registration page is already being created using wpdm elementor. But as you are logged in as a admin, you are not seeing that. You will see that when you are logged out. So just try to open that page in the incognito mode of your browser. You will see the form then.
And yes that wpdm directory addon is included in special pack.

You can limit download using our addon download limit. That is also included in the special pack.
and yes you can update that pack anytime by contacting us. To make a site like envato, I would suggest to search thems from themeforest. There are many related themes. Just select the suitable one.

    3. I do not want a themeforest theme, I want to features like themeforest: To show a whole bunch of digital products on, to pay and download one by one OR under monthly membership – only membership has limit download How do I do it?

1. Logo will be showed if you set site icon from customizer > site identity > site icon
2. That is great
3. You can check our marketplace demo here It is created by using WPDM using this addon with it. You can check if you need something like this. It enables digital products selling.
However, for monthly membership feature, you have to use our this plugin.
