Download Manager free version doesn't work in firefox, explorer and edge

Hi guys, I’m a web designer. In the company’s site where I work, I create a custom login area because we have some documents to share with some partners; so they login with a specific credentials and after they can downlaod some pdfs, or images..ecc.. I create this final area with Download manager free version and it works really good with Chrome and Opera (I’m so happy for this), but when I test it with FIrefox, Explorer and Edge, the download link doesn’t appear…like no logged user. How is my matter? Is it a plugin problem? thank you for your reply Jen

I’ve tested with chrome and not found the download link, seems like there is a problem with the template. Please provide admin login info to check.
