Hello,
I have two issues with the Download Manager Plugin in a new WordPress installation with the AVADA theme.
1. Downloads do not work
I have generated a shortcode to list all downloads on a page. When I click the download button, I will be forwarded to an error page which says that the server connection is broken.
I have already de-activated and activated the plugin, but it does not work.
2. Featered Image twice
When I click on the text-link in the download list, I get to a specific page for this single download. On this page the featured image is displayed twice. Also here, when I click on the download button, I get to the error page.
What can I do? Please help…

I have just unmasked the download URL, thus this working, glad to hear this your problem has been resolved

Can you explain what you have done? Unmask the download url? Maybe other users want to know how it works as well ..?!
I have also adjusted other settings, but it is working thus this way
