I’ve been using the free version since mid-July this year on my home page.
Everything worked fine till suddenly in the last few days the number of downloads stopped displaying.
So everything looks normal except the number before the word DOWNLOADS is missing.
Any ideas please?

I’ve been told that this issue will be fixed with the next upgrade, due any day.
Still no fix for this it seems to be a pretty big issue and its making me second guess getting an alternative download manager plugin. None of my download links show the total number of downloads most of the time its just an arrow or its blank next to downloads…. Please fix this asap!

Not here! They’re taking their time on this even though I was told a fix was just around the corner. Shame, maybe it’s time to look for another plug-in.
I thought it was something on my end I tried different themes even ones from them and reinstalled my server and files and its still just showing a rectangle or an arrow for the download count and it says Download and not like Total DownloadS with an S on the end.
Well, we had a private email exchange where I gave them access to my wp dashboard and after they looked at that, I was told it will be fixed in the next update which would be soon. But that was 2 weeks ago. The issue is not so critical for me so I’m happy to wait.
Yea ill wait a bit and hopefully they fix it soon. I just hate the way the box pops up for where the number should be for the download count lol. Other than that im happy was thinking about going PRO if they fix this issue I think ill deff be buying the pro version so I can do more. We shall see. Take care.
I’m having the same issue and revert back to Version 3.1.08 until the issue is solved.
How do you revert it back to a previous version?
Been weeks and still no fix or even a response. Cool will start looking for a new download manager plugin. Take care!
@Joshua – visit https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/download-manager/advanced/, and at the bottom of the page, you will find previous versions of the plugin. I uninstalled WPDM on my WordPress site and manually re-installed version 3.1.08. Just ensure that your site’s plugins are not set to update automatically, else it will update again to version 10.

I just updated my plug-ins and it’s working fine and showing the download number.
