Download Links not working on website - WordPress Download Manager

Hello,

I have used this plugin a few times and bought it in the past for a couple of websites.
Just added the free version to a website and added my packages, but for some reason when i’m on the downloads page and click the “Download” link on a file, I get a 404 error?

Never had this issue before, so please could you look into this and advise?
