Hi

I’ve just noticed that all of my dowlonad links have stopped working. Where they used to point correctly to the downloads, I now just get dummy (#) links. I’ve just uploaded some new documents and get the same error. I updated to the latest version of the plugin earleir today.

Any help gratefully received.

All the best

When did this happen to you? I’m wondering if it’s an issue with the latest version.

Hi Daan

In ‘settings’ see:

If you get broken download, then try enabling/disabling following options, as sometimes server may not support output buffering or partial downloads:

Resumable Downloads

Output Buffering

I enabled then disabled both, and it worked!
Best of luck

Hi,

It is happening due to the js cache. Please try cleating the cache. Alternatively, in the latest update 3.1.02, we have added an option to unmask the download link, that option will resolve the issue regardless of the js cache.

Had the exact same issue, on the latest version and the one before it. I disabled the Resumable Downloads and Output Buffering and it solved the issue as well.
